By using this website and it's services you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between ebooks.faclia.ro and it's users.

1. Products sold

The products sold on this website are virtual products. We do not physically ship the purchased products.

2. Paid Subscriptions (credit card - website)

By subscribing to one of our subscriptions you will receive full acces to the contents of the publications. To subscribe, the user must have an active account on our website and complete payment using a valid credit or debit card. Once subscribed, the user will automatically be charged by our payment system at the end of the billing period. The user can stop the recurring payments by going to the payment section in his account. Disabling recurring payments will not cancel the subscription. Canceling a subscription will immediately terminate full access to the contents of the publications, even if the subscription has not reached its bill date. Subscriptions created using credit card (website payments) are valid and can be used inside the iOS and Android app.

3. Paid Subscriptions (iOS and Android app)

Subscriptions created using the iOS and Android app also grant access to all website content. iOS and Android subscriptions do not renew automatically as the subscriptions created through the website interface. iOS and Android subscriptions must be renewed by the user if he chooses to do so. If a user purchases multiple subscriptions using our iOS or Android app the active subscription period cumulates. (Example: purchasing one 30 day subscription and one 90 day subscription will give the user 120 days acces to our material).

4. Publication format

The contents of each publication is displayed in HTML format, on this website. The publications cannot be downloaded or stored on the users personal computer. The user will be able to read offline or store the publications content offline only by using our app for iOS and Android.

5. Prices

All prices include VAT.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for the services made available on this website. Subscriptions can be terminated anytime only by the user. If a subscription is terminated before its bill date we do not offer refunds for the remaining, unused period. We recommend to users to only terminate their subscription 1 day before its bill date to maximize access time to the full content of the available publications. The user can terminate his subscriptions without any obligations of hidden fees.

7. Privacy Policy

We do not store any sensitive financial information on our servers. We will not sell or disclose any information submitted on our website to any third party, except if required by law enforcement agencies. We cannot be held responsible for loss of data as a result of illegal user activity or attacks on our website.
